Economical Solution

The AMC-X845 features Intel® Celeron M processors up to 1.0GHz and 512KByte cache. These processors, in conjunction with some of the XTX I/O extensions, will lead to new levels of system economy.

Low Power Consumption

The complete design is geared around low power consumption. The Ultra Low Voltage Intel® Celeron M 600MHz variant is very well suited for mobile solutions. The Embedded BIOS offers ACPI battery support.

Lead-Free Design (RoHS)

Starting in July 2006 all electronic products need to be environmentally friendly. The AMC-X845 already fulfills these requirements today.

ETX Standard

The AMC-X845 is based on the ETX® spec 2.7 and can easily be integrated into any existing ETX® design that is not using the ISA bus. In order to take advantage of the XTX functions you only have to consider the X2 connector signals, everything else remains the same

Graphics Efficiency

The integrated Intel® Extreme Graphics controller features latest 3D, 2D and video capabilities. Supports up to 64MByte frame buffer using Dynamic Video Memory Technology (DVMT). Displays can be connected using the analog VGA interface or the DVO port.

Connectivity

Thanks to the six USB 2.0, two COM ports, PCI, I²C, LPT,... the AMC-X845 offers more connectivity than most other computer modules in this class.

Software and Driver Support

AMC offers advanced Board-Support-Packages for the AMC-X845, which include both the latest tested drivers from silicon vendors and the specific drivers for accessing all of our additional embedded BIOS features. This will help our customers reduce their time-to-market.
