1) 2.5" Internal SATA Hard Drive and SATA DOM Support

Please Note:

The support of Com 2 and Com 3 on the AMC-eBOX3310MX Series is via the second COM port where "RTS" & "CTS" flow control is not required.

COM 1 connector is full 9-pin RS-232 whereas the COM 2 connector supports 2 x RS-232 but only with TX & RX signals supported.

If full 9-pin RS-232 functionality (RTS & CTS) is required on the COM ports then we would suggest the AMC-EBOX3300MX-T series that supports 4 individual COM ports.
